2. What data do we process and for what purpose?
We process the data you provide through the contact form (name, email, phone and the content of your message) in order to respond to your enquiries, appointment requests and information about our services.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Where applicable, pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Retention period
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, subsequently, for the periods legally required. When no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures.
5. Recipients
Data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required. Data may be processed by service providers (for example, web hosting or email) acting as processors under the appropriate contractual guarantees.
